This starter set features the Sofgrip Handle. The Sofgrip is a soft to the feel grip which is very comfortable to use. The Blades are High Carbon Stain-free steel with ultra sharp edges. This is a set you can build on by selecting any of our Sofgrip line. Knives are NFS certified and made in U.S.A.
