Highest quality, great value and great service
Anxious to use this knife to cut large quantities of frozen bait. It is sold as a factory second, but the defect is not obvious. Looks to be of the highest quality. Thanks Fishbone.

more than a cheese knife
The knife arrived very quickly and while marked as a factory second I was unable to find the defect. The Dexter is quite large, but will have many great applications, such as, cheese, pizza,watermelon, and I guess bait. The price charged by fishbone makes this a practical purchase with many uses. The two handle design for me, gives me a safety factor that you will not have with a large, sharp kitchen knife. Go big or go home - thanks fishbone.
