Dexter Japanese Chefs knives

I know that this is a break from our Made in U.S.A products, but we have had a high demand for these Japanese Chef's knives. With many of our customers wanting to do their own Sashimi and Sushi, we felt it was necessary to stock these knives. These knives are produced by Dexter in Japan and are a great quality, economic line of knives. Here is what Dexter says about these:

Just to add a little bit of more information:
Knives Sharpened at a 10 degree angle. SUPER SHARP
The Sashimi and Deba knives are single bevel
The Nakiri Knife is double beveled
